How do deposits and payment work?
We hold a one-night deposit at the time of booking to confirm your dates. The balance is settled at checkout. We accept all major cards and cash in pesos or US dollars.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Within 7 days, the first night is charged at 50 percent. High-season holiday weeks need 14 days notice.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights most of the year, and three nights during high-season holiday weeks in late December and around Easter. Single nights are sometimes possible last minute, so do ask.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is by 11am. Early arrival and late checkout are often possible depending on the day, so message us and we will hold your bags either way.
